AMGrind Wrap Up Oct 10th: Our Version Internationale for Taco Tuesday

“Good morning, it is time for the Tuesday, October 10, 2023 edition of the AM Grind. My name is Patrick Rafferty and I’m your host this morning on America Mission‘s Monday thru Friday morning X space. I’m grateful to Carol for helping out with co-hosting and for all of our loyal listeners and speakers.

I hope all of you got some rest and didn’t let the news get you down. And I don’t often assign homework, but I’m hoping everybody gave Walter’s article on the history of this conflict a read. Today, we’ll have Matthew RJ Brodsky, Senior Fellow of The Gold Institute of International Strategy joining us for a while a little later. I do not know how much time we’ll have with him, so, please let myself or Carol know if you have a question ready and we’ll do our best to make sure everyone gets a chance to ask him.

In honor of today being #TacoTuesday International Version, I’m going to take us around the world for some other interesting news updates. I leave you to do determine if what is happening in Israel is part of a pattern, or an isolated event.”

Four take-aways from today’s AMGrind

1. According to Matthew Brodsky Israel needs the US to:
Support Israel diplomatically by keeping the international community at bay while it defends itself.
Allow Israel to replace the key weapons systems and munitions required for its defense.
Enforce the Iran sanctions to the letter.

2. This week we continue to monitor developments in Israel
and we’ll keep a wary eye on Washington.
If you hear about any shenanigans from DC we want to know.

3. Tomorrow we’re going to do Working Man Wednesday with an emphasis
on the UAW and SAG strikes, and the true cost of our insatiable appetite for debt.
