What I haven’t seen in this entire debate is the rock and the hard place government K-12 have put America in on purpose.
Forget academics. That conversation is over. There is zero chance our high school graduates are in the same galaxy as their foreign counterparts. Any average 5th grader in Asian countries can run circles around the best high schoolers we have because what we deem “our best” is based on very low proficiency standards.
This isn’t a blue or red state issue, this is in all 50 states because our education system operates under one umbrella called ESSA. Every policy and standard has been dragged down due to “equity”.
Even IF we can somehow manage the academic chasm, businesses cannot handle the Marxist social justice warriors that students are trained to be. They don’t arrive in a company ready to work hard, they arrive seeking to dismantle and looking for “systemic oppression”, “lack of inclusion” and “where is transgender representation?”
So on-the-job training isn’t the answer, at least no where near enough because of the mental and emotional fragility of American students today. Again, it’s done on purpose through SEL and mental health initiatives.
I am 100% for America-first; tariffs to incentivize American production and even heavily limiting H-1B visa programs. All opportunities should go to Americans first and second and third.
But what is a business (especially tech companies) suppose to do?
This is why we have said a millions times over that indoctrination in K-12 is EVERYONE’S issue, whether you have children in the system or not.
You want to solve this MASTER rock and a hard place?
It was our first and still only product we created specifically for business owners, stakeholders, and entrepreneurs. Since our focus is in government K-12, we knew that enough indoctrinated children are now grown and hitting the workforce and the great majority of hiring managers and recruiters will have no idea why their talent pool is so poor. We wanted to give them an explanation. This same explanation is now at the center of this rock and hard place that is driving much of the important H-1B visa debate. When we talk about Americans first, none of it matters if we continue to lose the youngest of our draft picks, the Americans who are being trained to be absolutely useless to a successful economy; K-12.
K-12 Poison Pill : Business Edition
This is based on our original Decoder series. This is for business owners, stakeholders, and anyone who is in a position to build a team.
❓Why are you having a difficult time hiring and retaining a competent workforce?

❓How are innocuous concepts taught through “Social Emotional Learning” applied by employees once they enter your business?
❓What is so bad about Empathy, Resiliency, and Collaboration?
The indoctrination in academia is everyone’s problem. Business owners and entrepreneurs entering the fight are the game changers we need.
Courage Is A Habit is dedicated to exposing the many layers of indoctrination in K-12 and give you the tools to fight them, but your role as parents is far more critical! Your child doesn’t need another “teacher” dictating what to believe. They need you; engaged, active, and leading by example.
